The thesis is based on a design project for a service around an already existing, complete, and mature technical research and development of the Galt Smart Pad® product by ITT. inc: an experimental vehicle braking pad with embedded hardware sensors able to detect the braking pad usage in real-time, including temperature and consuming data, and improve driving safety and efficiency.
