Service Design at a Turning Point

An in-person event celebrating The Bloomsbury Handbook of Service Design, engaging local students and professionals.

This in-person event brings together co-authors of The Bloomsbury Handbook of Service Design, students from the Master in Product Service System Design (Polimi), and professionals from the Service Design Drinks community. The evening will open with an introduction to the Handbook, followed by short contributions from the authors. Participants will then move into thematic discussion corners to exchange perspectives. A light aperitivo will accompany the conversations, creating space to celebrate, connect, and share experiences and ideas.
